Purpose of this website
This website presents the B2B go-to-market services and expert network of Applied AI in Action SAS. These terms cover use of the website, not the commercial terms of a consultancy engagement.
Enquiries and engagements
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a meeting does not create a paid engagement or confirm an appointment. Scope, objectives, fees, payment conditions and any revenue share are agreed separately in writing before work starts. Pipeline figures and timeframes on the website describe the proposed engagement targets; the applicable commitments and conditions must be defined in the engagement agreement. Qualified opportunities are not signed contracts or guaranteed revenue.
Expert introductions and referral fees
An introduction request is reviewed for relevance and availability. It does not guarantee that an expert will accept a mission or commit you to purchasing services. Any consultancy scope and terms are agreed separately with the contracting parties. AAiA may receive a referral fee if an introduction leads to a paid mission; any applicable arrangement will be explained before you proceed.
Responsible use
Use the forms for genuine enquiries and provide information you are entitled to share. Do not submit spam, malicious code, passwords or confidential third-party material. Do not attempt to disrupt the website or gain unauthorised access.
Content and external links
Website content, portraits and logos may belong to AAiA or their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer rights to visitors. External websites, including LinkedIn and expert websites, have their own terms and privacy policies.
