Who is responsible?

Applied AI in Action SAS, 3 rue Jeanne d’Arc, 94220 Charenton, France. SIRET: 85143430800017. VAT: FR93851434308. Contact: geert.meulenbelt@appliedaiinaction.com.

What information do we use?

We use the name, email address, application details and messages you submit to answer enquiries, discuss a possible engagement and organise requested expert introductions. Fields marked as required are necessary to process your request. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential third-party documents.

Why do we process it?

Requests about a possible engagement are processed to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Other enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Requested introductions are organised to fulfil your request.

Expert introductions

When you request an introduction, your name, email address and relevant project summary may be shared with the named expert for that purpose. Do not submit information you do not want shared. An introduction does not commit you to a paid mission. AAiA may receive a referral fee if a consultancy engagement follows; applicable arrangements will be explained before you proceed.

Recipients and service providers

Enquiries are available to authorised AAiA personnel and the providers operating our website and email services. The relevant expert receives information only for a requested introduction. We do not sell enquiry data. The hosting provider and its contact details are identified in the legal notice.

How long do we keep enquiries?

Enquiries are retained for 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted unless they become part of an active client relationship. Client and contractual records follow a separate retention policy and applicable legal obligations. Technical hosting logs are separate from enquiry records; their retention depends on the hosting service configuration.

Search visibility and cookies

We plan to use Google Search Console to review search visibility, clicks and indexing. Search Console does not require a visitor-tracking script on this site. Google Analytics and advertising trackers are not part of the current configuration. If visitor tracking is introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before activation. The site requests fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a connection to Google’s servers. Hosting services may also process technical connection data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing and, where applicable, object to processing or request data portability. Contact geert.meulenbelt@appliedaiinaction.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, CNIL, at www.cnil.fr.
